Water Test
IAC2 Certified
State of Maine Certified
A full count water test $225 including a rush usual 3 business day turn around but only $150 when added to a Home Inspection
Tie Down Installation
Tie Down Installation $150 per tie down including the tie downs in concrete and $175 each in soil
Septic and Sewer Inspections
Septic $375 regular price but only $300 when added to a home Inspection
Sewers $275 regular price but only $200 when added to a home Inspection
Service after the Report!
After you receive your report, I am glad to walk you thru any issues with your property. If you find something that needs to be corrected, I will come back out after the work is done and do a free re-inspection of that item to see that it was corrected properly
We Work with an Engineering Firm that can get you fast Manufactured Home Foundation Certifications to help you get a HUD certification if your Lender requires it.
